Assistant Sales Manager

We're hiring an Assistant Sales Manager to help our Sales Manager develop strategies to improve sales and handle customer meetings and calls. You'll need leadership skills to ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines.

Job Description

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1 year of team management experience, or at least 2-3 manpower
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related fields is a plus
  • Proven sales and customer service experience
  • Proficiency in G Suite Apps
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Fluent Mandarin speaking is a bonus

Major Tasks:

  • Assist in managing leads and scheduling free trial classes
  • Update call logs and take note of feedback
  • Meet individual and team targets
  • Perform Sales Manager duties when needed
  • Communicate with customers and generate sales opportunities
  • Research and identify potential customers
  • Collaborate with team members to develop sales strategies
  • Overcome objections and provide solutions to customers
  • Ensure follow-up with leads
  • Assist with technical issues and escalate feedback to management
  • Engage with participants during free trial classes
