Sales Executive

We are looking for talented sales executive to engage our customers and help us to continue to grow the business. Sales Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through online sessions, email and phone, we’d like to meet you. Job Description

Major Tasks:

  • Responsible for implementing company's sales plans
  • Create positive and lasting relationships with customers
  • Assist sales team to meet individual and team targets in calling, following up, and scheduling participants for the sales presentations with high quality and quantity.
  • Responsible for communicating, giving information, and confirmation to participants in online and face to face sales presentations.
  • Managing follow up via meeting, call, Whatsapp, or email to generate company sales.
  • Identify sales opportunities by recognizing customers' concerns and needs, then providing the best solution focusing on their concerns.
  • Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, and discuss credit terms.
  • Answer questions about the product details, the company, and issues with the accounts for the customers.
  • Assist customers with any technical issues and escalate any complaints or feedback to management appropriately.
  • Update logs and provide reports.
  • Consolidating, analysing, and forwarding daily action summaries.
  • Ensure your personal and team daily target to achieve qualitative and quantitative by the end of the day
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, to present sales and marketing data.
  • Excellent skills in online sales presentations.

  • Analytical Skills: You will take the sales numbers and analyze them to find weaknesses in the system, cost-saving opportunities and redundancies. Good analytical skills will help you set proper goals and determine pricing.
  • Customer Service: You might need to speak with dissatisfied customers, or entertain high profile clients. Customer service skills will be necessary.

  • Reliable: Make sure you stick to deadlines, and complete any tasks you are assigned.
  • Integrity and trust: Avoid representatives to do something immoral, illegal, or something that goes against a company’s core values.
  • Education: Participation in company training, where applicable, to improve knowledge and performance level is necessary. Training may require you after your regular working hours.
